Why Choose Sutinen Insulation
Residential Spray Foam insulation

Residential Spray Foam Insulation

Seal your home against drafts, moisture, and temperature swings with a full spray foam application. We target attics, walls, crawl spaces, and rim joists to create a continuous thermal envelope. Homeowners see lower utility bills and more even temperatures in every room.

Closed Cell spray foam

Closed Cell spray foam

Our closed-cell application delivers a dense, moisture-resistant barrier that also adds structural rigidity to your walls and roof. This option works well in areas exposed to high humidity or extreme temperatures, providing a vapor barrier and thermal protection in a single step. It is the go-to choice when you need maximum durability.

Commercial Spray Foam

Commercial Spray Foam

Protect your commercial property with an industrial-grade insulation solution built for large spaces. We handle warehouses, offices, retail buildings, and more, applying spray foam that cuts thermal loss and reduces the strain on your HVAC equipment. It is a long-term investment that pays for itself in energy savings.

Commercial Insulation

Commercial Insulation

Reduce your business’s energy overhead with durable commercial insulation. We seal the building envelope against energy loss so your HVAC system does not have to work as hard. The result is a more stable indoor climate for employees and customers, plus real savings on operating costs.

Residential insulation

Residential insulation

Keep your home comfortable year-round with our professional insulation solutions. We seal the areas where heated and cooled air escapes, helping you lower monthly energy bills while maintaining a consistent indoor temperature. Our residential insulation also cuts down on outside noise, giving you a quieter, more enjoyable living space.

Agricultural insulation

Agricultural insulation

Shield your livestock, crops, and equipment from extreme temperature swings and condensation buildup. Our agricultural insulation services regulate humidity and maintain steady temperatures inside barns, poultry houses, and storage facilities. Healthy, controlled environments mean fewer losses and better productivity.

New construction insulation

New construction insulation

Get your new building started on the right foot with insulation installed during the construction phase. We work with your builder to integrate spray foam or other insulation materials into walls, attics, and crawl spaces before drywall goes up. Building it right from the start means better efficiency for the life of the structure.

Polyurea Coatings

Polyurea Coatings

Protect your insulation investment with a durable polyurea coating applied directly over spray foam and other surfaces. This tough, flexible coating guards against UV damage, moisture, and physical wear, extending the life of your insulation in exposed or high-traffic areas.

Pole Barn Insulation

Pole Barn insulation

Turn your post-frame building into a usable, climate-controlled space. We insulate pole barns used as workshops, storage, animal shelters, and more, keeping moisture out and temperatures stable. This makes the space functional through all four seasons.

Once we are done, you will notice the difference right away. Fewer drafts, more even temperatures, and a quieter home. We clean up after ourselves and walk you through the completed work before we leave. If you ever have questions after the job, we are just a phone call away.

Open-cell is lighter and better for sound dampening and air sealing in interior spaces. Closed-cell is denser, adds structural support, and acts as a vapor barrier.

Most residential jobs are completed in one to three days, depending on the size of the area and the type of insulation being installed.

I highly recommend Sutinen Insulation to everyone!! Severi and Scott were great guy's to work with! They were at my house first thing the next morning after I had called them in the late afternoon the day prior. They professionally addressed all of my needs and concerns from additional insulation concerns under the house in the crawl space area and outside, with insullation concerns with the exterior water faucets and exposed sprinkler piping systems in the backflush/blowout area. They also walked me through the main water line and sprinkler water line shut off valves and what to do in case an emergency and showed me which water valve to trun off before the Fall sprinkler system blowout. They were both very knowledgeable (each having their own unique expertise and with Sereni also having a prior background as a plumber). They were both very professional, very knowledgeable, very curtious, very friendlly and easy to talk to. If anyone has any type of insullation need or concern these are the right guy's to use.

These guys are amazing. Wanted my basement insulated as Im planning to finish it out and these guys were on it from the start. Scott and Severi are extremely cordial and knowledgeable. I was on the fence about what kind of insulation to use and they walked me through the pros and cons of all of them allowing me to make an informed decision. Spray foam is one of the more expensive solutions but there’s a reason for it and dang did they do a good job. They were a breath of fresh air to work and Id recommend them to anyone. FIVE STARS.

Sutinen insulation made spray foam look easier than pie! I don't know ANYTHING about insulation, but thank the goodness that these guys do! They are the best communicators I have ever worked with. You don't know what closed cell spray foam is? Now you do! Because you worked with Sutinen Insulation! Ok seriously, I was building my shop in Harrison and I was about to use fiberglass batts, but upon some light research it turned out to be the WORST IDEA. So I found Sutinen Insulation who had some SMARTIES who agreed that batts were NOT A GOOD IDEA. They insulated 3 inches in the walls and 4 inches in the ceiling. Now my shop is perfect! Thanks Sutinen insulation. Great prices too! Not scammers for sure
